Find conflicting and repeated rules in your policy manual, in minutes

Policy Central reads a policy manual clause by clause and shows where two rules disagree or say the same thing twice. It checks one manual against another, checks a draft's tracked changes against the rest of the manual, and can make the change you ask for as tracked changes in Word.

How it works

Add documentsYour manual as a PDF, a Word file or text, up to 300 pages. Sample manuals are loaded so you can try it without one.

Ask in plain words"Check this manual for contradictions." "Check it against our other policies." "Check my changes." The app pairs every clause with the clauses it should agree with and reads the likely pairs closely.

Review each findingEach finding quotes both clauses. Accept or reject it, and download the manual as a Word file with the findings as comments or the changes tracked.

Free during the beta

Each visit has a free allowance of about $2 of model time, enough for a manual or two. Your workspace is temporary and is deleted after an hour without use.

Privacy

Kept: what you type, your accept and reject choices, your feedback, the organisation and role you give if you choose to, and for uploads the title, the page count and the findings' one-line summaries.

Not kept: document text, full quotes, your address. There are no accounts. Uploads are deleted with the workspace, after an hour without use.

Everything runs in Policing Lab's own AWS account. Don't upload confidential drafts.
